Welcome to Hardin County Solid Waste & Recycling (Eldora, Iowa)

Curb side Recycling customers in Eldora that did not get their bins picked up on Tuesday Feb. 20th, will be picked up on Thursday Feb. 22nd.    We pulled the trucks off the routes on Tuesday due to icy weather conditions, and for the safety of our employees.  Sorry for any inconvenience.

We would like to Welcome you to the Hardin County Solid Waste & Recycling website. We hope you find this website informational.

CURBSIDE CUSTOMERS MUST HAVE THEIR RED RECYCLING BINS OUTS BY 7:30 A.M., on the day their recycling is picked up.
